The Australian Woodfire Survey 2005 is a national exhibition of woodfired ceramics by 40 Australian potters, curated by Dr Owen Rye, presented by Canberra Potters' Society and generously supported by the ACT Government, Ceramics Art and Perception and ActewAgl.

The exhibition will be opened by Mr Robert Bell, Senior Curator, International and Australian Decorative Arts and Design, National Gallery of Australia at 6pm, 24 March 2005 and will run until 25 April.

The Australian Woodfire Survey 2005 exhibition is being held in association with Gundaroo woodfire, a three day international woodfire conference hosted by Ian Jones and Moraig McKenna at Old Saint Lukes, Gundaroo. Gundaroo woodfire runs 22 - 25 April.
