Feldspar glaze, refired
Maker's statement: My aim with the anagama kiln is to continually try to move into unknown aesthetic territory, as well as trying to continually develop known qualities. This work was made some time ago and I have not been able to achieve anything like it since, so it may well be unique. This often happens with refired work. I am pleased here with the contrast between the glassy qualities in some areas and the volcanic lava-like areas.
